At NAKO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NAKO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure the return meets our quality standards.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
